RepOS is business software operated for the organizations that deploy it. Account data (dealers, contacts, visits, photos, voice notes, tasks, and performance metrics) belongs to your organization and is used only to provide the service.

Authentication data includes login and logout timestamps, IP address, and browser information, recorded for security auditing. Location is captured only when a rep logs a field visit, and only for that visit record.

AI features send anonymized planning and performance summaries to a model provider to generate briefings. No customer contact details are required for those features to work, and every AI call is logged and reviewable by your administrator.

Data is stored on European Union infrastructure with nightly encrypted backups. For data export or deletion requests, contact your organization's RepOS administrator or email us via the contact page.
